Workout Descriptions
At GOAT Fitness, we understand the ‘power of the group’. We know that our strength is our instructors and community and we are amazed with the motivation and positivity that they generate for each other. With this in mind, we have created a range of enjoyable weekly classes to suit all ages and abilities, that will be challenging, both physically and mentally with the benefit of most being set in one of our stunning outdoor locations.

Strength: (Mon – pm) (Tue – am)
A workout designed to increase your overall strength. Isolating muscle groups, low rep range and heart rate down. Feel the burn!
Conditioning: (Tue – pm) (Wed – am)
A workout designed to increase your muscular endurance. Lighter weights/ bodyweight, high rep range and heart rate up. Move & lift!
Power: (Wed – pm) (Thu – am)
A workout designed to increase your physical speed and strength. Explosive movements, shorter sets and random rest periods. Wattage up!
Cardio: (Thu – pm) (Fri – am)
A workout designed to increase your aerobic fitness. Interval training, longer sets and structured rest periods. Engine building!
Hybrid: (Sat – am)
A workout designed to challenge you both mentally & physically, featuring every aspect of our class timetable. Our flagship session!
Threshold: (Sun – am)
A workout designed to push your limits. Hyrox/deka movements, strength endurance overload. Red zone it!
Open venue:
(minimum of 10 hours available per week)
Once you’ve completed our open venue fundamentals course, it allows you to visit outside of our class hours to self train, attend workshops, take on our whiteboard workouts designed by our instructors or complete true coach programs. Check the app each week for availability.
